Our Projects

Building 1,000 well-appointed, entry-level attainable homes is a team effort. It takes the hard work and commitment of all our partners to help us achieve this goal - especially the contributions of our key building stakeholders, The City of Calgary and Cidex Developments Ltd. Together, through the provision of land and the delivery of construction services, The City of Calgary and Cidex will deliver attainable homes for middle-income Calgarians.

To date, our building partner, Cidex Developments has contributed homes from projects in Beacon Heights and Deer View Village. These are available for purchase immediately or in the near future.
