David Watson David is the Interim Executive Director with Attainable Homes Calgary. David started work with the City of Calgary in 1974 - Planning & Building Department. In 1982 he became the Assistant to the Director of Planning.
Through 1985-86 he became the Assistant to the Chief Commissioner and then Secretary to the Board of Commissioners. In 1990 he became the Manager of the GoPlan project. In 1995 he was seconded to Canada 2005 Exposition Corporation as Manager of Site and then as COO.
David's last appointment in the City was as GM of the Planning, Development & Assessment Department. David was also a Board Member of the Calgary Olympic Development Authority and the Calgary Parking Authority. He is currently a board member on the Special Forces Pension Plan, Calgary Economic Development, Alberta Pension Service Corporation, and a graduate of the Toronto 25 DEP program.

Jamie Findlay Jamie is the Development Manager with Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation. Jamie has been working within the development industry, first as a consultant and then with development/builder organizations for the past 18 years. Recently serving as Executive Director for the Bow Valley Builders and Developers' Association, Jamie was previously Development Coordinator for Alpine Homes in Canmore. During his career, Jamie has worked on residential and commercial developments in Canmore, Calgary, Banff, Sylvan Lake, Kelowna, and Whistler. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, and has served on the Economic Development and Tourism Committee in Canmore as well as various working groups in conjunction with the development industry.

Tara Cooney Tara Cooney is the Sales Lead for Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation (AHCC). An energetic and passionate individual, Tara brings 20 years of diverse experience in sales, marketing, management and event planning to the team at AHCC. With experience working in the local real estate market, and having obtained her real estate license and mortgage broker licenses, Tara brings an incredible depth of knowledge and expertise to her role at AHCC. An effective and dynamic professional, Tara's diverse background also includes education in sales and marketing, as well as travel and tourism. In addition to her many professional accomplishments, Tara has volunteered her time in the past to several charitable organizations, including an animal rescue foundation.

Marion Shill Marion is the Finance Manager with Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation. She is a chartered accountant and has an MA with honours in Philosophy and International Studies from the University of St Andrews in Scotland. She has worked in the not-for-profit sector for the past fifteen years. Most recently, she was the Chief Financial Officer at the Glenbow Museum here in Calgary and has served on other not for profit boards in the City including the Calgary French and International School and the Westside Recreation Centre.

Deidra Vicente Deidra Vicente is the Business Development & Communications Manager for Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation (AHCC). Deidra brings over six years of communications experience to AHCC. Deidra graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor of Applied Communication - Public Relations. Prior to coming on board with AHCC, she worked for various non-profit and private sector organizations, most recently as a Communications Advisor for Student Enrolment Services at the University of Calgary. In addition to her many professional accomplishments, Deidra is an avid reader and spends much of her personal time taking her daughter to various activities including soccer, gymnastics and dance.

Kirsteen Jones Kirsteen Jones is a Sales Assistant for Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation (AHCC). Kirsteen graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor of Applied Financial Services and completed the Canadian Securities Course that same year. Prior to joining the team at AHCC, Kirsteen worked in the banking industry for six years in a variety of roles, most recently as a Credit Assistant at TD Canada Trust. Her diverse background and expertise in finance and banking lends well to her new role as Sales Assistant. In addition to her many professional accomplishments, Kirsteen is an amateur athlete, who ran her first half marathon in 2009 and participates in numerous sports including soccer, snowboarding and tennis.

Christie Dart Christie Dart is a Sales Assistant for Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation (AHCC). Christie graduated from SAIT with a diploma in Library Information Technology in 2010 after pursuing a degree in English from Athabasca University. Before joining the team at AHCC, Christie worked in the Calgary energy sector. Outside of work, Christie is devoted to her two rescue dogs and enjoys hiking and going to the dog park. In 2011 Christie was able to live her dream of travelling to Uganda and Kenya for a life changing experience of volunteering and going on safari.

Melinda Channon Melinda is the Executive Assistant for Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation. With an active interest in health and wellness, Melinda has a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Alberta and Certifications through AFLCA and ACE. She comes to the Attainable Homes team with a diverse professional background lending to a unique blend of expertise and knowledge. Melinda is also a mother of two very active boys and volunteers much of her personal time supporting their hockey, soccer and social schedules.
